Our central staff, who accepts the incoming rental call, sends the valet attendant to the vehicle at the closest location to your delivery address after your payment is confirmed and delivers your vehicle to you at any time and anywhere you want with your contract.
Fast, reliable and at the most affordable prices, our valet service provides your vehicle delivery free of charge at the exact appointment time. In addition, at the pick-up location, another valet attendant performs the checks and takes the vehicle from you without charge.

You must be at least 21 years old and have a 2-year driver's license.
It covers all accidents requiring mini and heavy damage repair. This excludes accidents involving alcohol.
The deposit fee is taken as a guarantee for traffic fines, toll road and bridge crossings that may come to the vehicle when you rent a car. At the delivery of the vehicle, our attendant will carry out the necessary checks with you online and refund your remaining fee to you instantly. (If there are no deductions, you will receive the full amount of the deposit).
No card information is required for vehicle payment or provisioning. You can pay for your vehicle in cash and get the provision fee back in cash.
You can rent a car with just your driver's license and Turkish ID number. No residence, invoice or credit card is required. The vehicle is delivered to and picked up from your address.
As soon as you have made a pre-rental request and made your payment, our teammates who contact you will print your contract and send it to our valet team to have you sign it at the vehicle delivery.
